Nazi Spy Ring Discovered in Atlantic City
In 1944, the US Army occupies Atlantic City’s hotels as military barracks and uses the convention hall as a training base. When an Army recruit is murdered with a strange bullet, police detective Dave Levitan overcomes the interference of his crooked bosses, the incompetence of the military police, and the FBI’s suspicions about his politics in order to investigate the senseless execution. He discovers a deep-cover Nazi spy and a team of German saboteurs who intend to destroy a vital link to the American soldiers fighting in France.
